This clerk role is a fast-paced, patient-facing position that plays a key role in delivering an exceptional pharmacy experience. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling calls, processing transactions, coordinating prescriptions, and supporting daily front-end operations. In addition to patient interaction, this role includes assisting with cleaning duties in both the front end and compounding areas, including washing dishes and lab equipment. You will also support inventory management of OTC products, help maintain accurate stock levels, and ensure shelves are properly organized and stocked. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, service-focused approach to ensure patients feel supported every step of the way.

This Certified Pharmacy Technician role is a hands-on, patient-centered position that blends customer service, prescription processing, and compounding. You will work closely with pharmacists, providers, and patients to ensure accurate, timely, and customized medications, while supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, personalized care in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
