Jimmy Stevens is a co-owner and managing pharmacist at Prescott Compounding Pharmacy in Prescott, AZ. Jimmy was honorably discharged from the United States Navy in 2005. He then attended the University of Hawaii for pharmacy and graduated with his doctorate and bachelor’s degrees in 2014.
After graduation, Jimmy became a member of AzPA to help improve the pharmacy practice. From 2018-2023 he served as Co-Chair of the Continuing Education Committee. He was voted by his peers as Arizona Pharmacist of the Year in 2021. Currently, he sits on AzPA’s board of directors. He is a preceptor for the University of Arizona, University of Hawaii, and Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ.
Jimmy’s passion is to learn, teach, and share his knowledge so that others can develop into valuable leaders. In his off time, he enjoys traveling, reading, and being a devoted friend, husband, and dad to his daughter Tegan.
Madison Stevens, PharmD.
Compounding Pharmacists/Owner
Madison Stevens is a co-owner and compounding pharmacist at Prescott Compounding Pharmacy, in Prescott, AZ. Madison attended the University of Hawaii for her pharmacy education and graduated on the dean’s list with her doctorate and bachelor’s in pharmacy in 2015. Madison has been a pharmacist for 8 years, with the last 6 years of her career focusing on compounding, functional health, and hormone replacement therapy. She has a strong love for creating lasting health results that improve the quality of life and longevity for patients.
She is highly trained in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, functional medicine, and the use of supplements and food as medicine. She offers private consultative services on these topics to coach patients and enable them to achieve their optimal health.
In her free time, she likes to bake, craft, play with her 2-year-old daughter, and travel.
KEVIN BORG, PHARMD, FIACP, FACA
Compounding Pharmacist/CEO/Owner
Dr. Kevin Borg, Pharm D, FIACP, FACA, earned his doctorate in pharmacy at Midwestern University College of Pharmacy – Glendale, Arizona in 2001. As a pharmacy student he was a member of the Rho Chi Honor Society and received many awards including the Pfizer Outstanding Leadership Award and the Roche Pharmacy Communications Award. As an alumnus, Kevin was presented with the prestigious Littlejohn Award by Midwestern University that honors the values of service, caring, and commitment to the industry. Dr. Borg started his career in retail pharmacy and later became the founding pharmacist-in-charge for a mail-order pharmacy specializing in the care of injured workers.
In April of 2009, he realized his lifetime goal and opened Potter’s House Apothecary in Peoria, Arizona where he remains the President and CEO. In April of 2021 Kevin purchased Prescott Compounding Pharmacy in Prescott, Arizona. He relocated the pharmacy and built another state of the art compounding facility to meet current industry regulations and better serve the needs of the community. Kevin’s real passion is in serving his community through Potter’s House Apothecary and Prescott Compounding Pharmacy.
He is completely dedicated to his patients and staff. He participates annually in Compounders on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. to lobby on behalf of his profession and advocates making sure patients have access to compounded medication. Kevin is a devoted husband, father, son and friend. He enjoys quality time with his family and playing golf.
